ORDERING Orders can be done by our online shopping cart, call to order, or send order request by fax, e-mail, or standard mail.  Payment for online orders are by credit card only.  If there is an option you would like that is not offered in our shopping cart, or if you are unsure on the size you would like, or if you need alterations, it would be best to order by phone or e-mail.  Checks, money orders, credit cards are acceptable.  Orders will be processed when order is payed in full.  Orders processing time is approximately 4-6 weeks when payed in full (6-8 weeks for complex orders.)

SHIPPING  Most packages sent in Canada are shipped Expedite Mail.  Mailing in the US is Priorty Flat Rate Mail.  For shipping to foreign contries we charge actual shipping to credit card orders.  An additional 20% to the total (including shipping) for Rush orders.  Shipping is FREE on all orders over $500.00 when payment is payed in full.

GUARENTEE  Tammy Beauvais Designs has 4 different lines, A completely "Hand Made Line", a "Custom Line", a "Recycled Fur, Leather and Wool Line and an "Added Value" line. The "Added Value" Line is truely that, Tammy adds appliques, embroderies and her touch of Native Design to these pieces which makes them original and much more affordable to our customers. The other lines are much more labour intensive and that shows in the price difference.  We are committed to your satisfation, and if you are not happy, we would like to know.  If not satified with an item, we will work with you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS  We will not refund your payment for any reason, however we will exchange your merchandise.
